Erica Hernandez-Scott

Erica Hernandez-Scott started her journey in the veterinary field in 2001 where she worked at a practice specializing only in veterinary ophthalmology. She joined Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital in August of 2008 as a veterinary receptionist. In 2015, Erica stepped up to the position of Head Receptionist and two years later was promoted to Practice Manager. Erica values the relationships she builds with clients. She spends most her time “behind the scenes” now, but be sure to say hello to her the next time you visit. She enjoys seeing new and familiar faces, including the furry ones! When she’s not at work, Erica loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons.
